The images you will find on this site are special macro photographs.They can be described as :
Endless depth of field panoramas of multiple merged and stiched macro photographs.
Each photo is the result of 20 to 50 individual photos merged into one. A panorama consists of three to six photos stitched together or about 150 single shots, see the red tulip. It is entitled "L'art est un mensonge qui dit la verité" witch translates into "Art is a lie telling the truth".
The lie being the photo you see since it is not "a" photo but a combination of many, and the truth being the flower as you get to see it and as it really looks in the macro world. The final image is 6470 x 4500 pixels!
All the images on this site have been reduced in size and compressed for faster presentation, prints have much more detail.
